Music: Miss Delaney - Jack's Mannequin
Back in my last year of high school, I resented Tuesdays and Thursdays. Reason being was that on those days, we had double periods of Add Math. As all of you know, I am not a very big fan of numbers, much less numbers involving curly symbols and alphabets jumbled up together.
Right now, I have moved on to a much more relaxed timetable. Yet, my resentment towards Thursdays have not ceased. Tuesdays however have now turned into my favourite day of the week because I only have one and a half hours of class. What an empty day.
Thursdays I dread, for they are long and hard and the worst part of it all, they start off early.
Today was like every other Thursday I had to face. Started with me shivering in the shower and then being forced to put on a long sleeve garment because of the cold. You know when I say "it's too early for me to function", I don't just mean it figuratively. I really can feel myself in a semi dream state, muttering too many words in too short of a time. I'm not used to the mornings anymore. This past holidays has definitely taken a toll on my biological clock.
Picture this. Bedtime's earliest at 2 and I wake up in the late morning, around 10 or so. How am I supposed to sound coherent at when the sun's not even up yet!
English was the usual. Cold and silent. Had to work in pairs and well yeah, I don't see the need to elaborate and expand on that.
Had my daily pool session with Garrick and Cheryl. Was losing until Garrick came along. I'm so pathetic, I know. Was late for Math because of that. Class today was fun. We had a mini guessing game and that was funny.
Yuan Wei kidnapped all of us to Taipan to meet up with his friend during lunch. It was sort of out of the blue, but hey, I'm thinking that's how Yuan Wei lives by. So we met his friend which was studying at the audio engineering school in Taipan.
Came back just in time to watch the final two acts from the Theater class students. It was supposed to be their finals. It was alright, pretty entertaining and they had a decent crowd. Some of the scenes were hilarious actually. Kudos to all the seniors who had to do it! haha
Computer class comprised of zombies as students. It was late and we were all tired. The usual scenario. If it wasn't for Leslie beside me who helped me tweak around with MS Word, I'd be sleeping, right on the desk.
Tomorrow gonna be going back to campus for the Student Council AGM. Should be interesting. Gonna go face the idiot box now. My other technologically enhanced bestfriend after the computer.
