Music: Right Round – Flo Rida
That would make for an awesome party song.
Too bad I’m not exactly in a party mood right now.
It’s 11:11pm.
For the first time ever, I don’t know what I should wish for. For those of you who don’t know, I have this weird habit? where I make a wish every time the clock strikes 11:11.
Anyway, moment’s passed. It’s 11:12 already.
So as promised, MOS pictures due. Not like it really matters anyway. Don’t you just hate my negativity on some days.
Thursday night, as usual, went there with Karyn, Jing and Wilson. It was Jing’s first time and I had to meet up with someone there anyway. Only blunder was we came a little too early because I thought then Wilson didn’t have to pay to get in. Turned out he did.
Place only started filling up past 10.30. In the meantime, we walked around, claimed some drinks and took pictures, like the silly tourists we were.
This we call, the “Wilson” pose.
;)
Everything started picking up speed once the person I was supposed to meet up with arrived. He had tables in the VIP area upstairs and so we tagged along. Was really super surprised to see around 20 other guys there. I mean, talk about being awkward, with me not knowing anybody at all. Thankfully, Johan was upstairs too. Such a relieve to see a familiar face, you know.
Jing and Wilson left early because they couldn’t stand the waiting. You guys should have stayed a wee bit longer. The night would have different, or better :)
So gone –.-
Only person I made friends with that night.
Er yeah.
The other person had it quite bad, so I had to look after him for a while towards the end. But everything ended pretty well. Overall, I’d give it 6/10.
Terima kasih byk2,
Jo-tecktonik-han!

The next day, I had some crappy PR test to finish and an interview to conduct later in the afternoon. Needless to say, I felt horrible. Everything I looked at seemed to just spin. Everything was in motion. Not fun, I tell ya.
But I scored a 45/50 for the test and I survived the interview, so woohoo! Scraped through that one.
Journalists from NST.
Super nice people, real chatty.
Made the interview so much easier.
And they have internship programs!
I’m attracted already :)
Had dessert at this new place called Snowflake. It’s opposite Asia Cafe. Am officially a fan of the stuff there.

Oh, this cute gadget lights up and vibrates once your food is done!
I was fascinated of course *jakun
Quota delivered.
Today has been painfully tiring. I had my eyebrows threaded. Major OUCH factor. I don’t think I’ll ever do it again. I’d rather have tattoos than get my eyebrows done. Though I have a feeling that a tat would hurt just as much.
I need to get treatment for my poor hair. Or just loads of conditioner. It’s messed up :(
Yoga and Sampoernas don’t go together.
I really hate this point in my life—whatever point it is. I feel like going against everything. Just be a flat out rebel. Screw society, screw expectations and standards. Who was the genius who set them anyways? Is it worth denying myself for them? That’s the thing. Who am I? What are them? I don’t know.
