FRIDAY
Twas a long day. A few of us from PR headed down to Bangsar for an interview. Yes, yet another interview. A few of us were Cheryl, Mervyn and Ayesha. Plus me of course :)
Arrived there early, so Cheryl went to grab some lunch. Banana leave rice at Devi's I think. It was quite reasonably priced, to our surprise.
Interview was at 3. Lasted for about one and a half hours. Pretty satisfactory. I have to schedule another one again. Sigh, I'm really tired from doing PR work. It just never ends. Topped off with 2 research papers due. Is this the result of sheer procrastination or do the lecturers think we're bionic?
Interior of the company was surprisingly very well decorated. Walls were lined with abstract paintings and art. Was a small PR firm, held only about 20 odd staff members. But I think it's a pretty established company.
After everything was done, we loitered around Bangsar for a while. I love that place because it's so quiet in the afternoons. Just see people shopping from one place to another, others having a good chat over tea, men sliding cool beers down their throat in various exotic ambiance found in unique shops. Everything seemed so laid back. For once, I didn't feel the city rush, the constant chase for time. And the sun decided to shine behind clouds that day, which meant we only got a few rays of sunlight as opposed to blazing ones. What more could we ask for? :)
On the way home, the radio started giving out clues to where the Hitz.fm fugitive was. We gathered all 5 clues and came to a sound conclusion: He was in Pyramid.
Clues were: Entrance, new, hotel, arch & bowling

Doesn't that just scream Pyramid to youuu?! Well it did to us and that was exactly where we were headed. It was crazy spontaneous and omg, I was so nervous and excited at the same time. The bounty at the time was RM 10,000 and we already started thinking of what we could do after we divided the money out between us.
So we arrived there, Cheryl dropped us off and I just started asking random people if they were the fugitive. It was admittedly kinda embarrassing when people give you a blank stare back but I was so determined to find him!
We spent about half an hour there. There were other kids running around with headsets as well, looking for their share of the money hahaha. But in the end, we didn't get him because he got caught in Malacca first. SIGH
I was bummed no doubt but I'm glad we gave it a shot! On the last day of the thing as well. Adrenaline was amazing! :)
Got home feeling as tired as ever and then remembered I had a dinner date with the bestfriend at night.

Karyn needed to fulfill her cravings for chicken wings, so we dragged Jon out and went to BWings in SS15.
Ordered 2o of them, an assortment of flavors.
Yummy indeed.

Stayed there til closing time I think. Talked, ate, talked more. And also the shop offered a number of games we could play, we just had to get our hands on them!
Played Uno first, and Karyn won. So we had to switch games.

Tumblin' Monkeys!

Found this SUPER cute game called Tumblin' Monkeys. Basically it's like pick up sticks with monkeys attached to them. We had so much fun playing this because we end up putting Jon on a losing streak! ;p

Them monkeys being hooked on to sticks.
Trick is, we gotta pull the sticks out, without letting the monkey tumble down.
Neat eh? ;)

Jenga was the next game we moved on to. Caused quite a scene, what with blocks tumbling down and all.
Oh yeah, Garrick dropped by too. Entertained our childishness for the night
