I'm struggling so badly to open this post. Mainly because I still haven't found a point to it yet. What do I want you guys to know about?
The fun I'm having? I can hardly express them in words, and I really feel like my words do not suffice at all. They give the experiences I have out here no justice whatsoever.
The past week has gotten better for me. I'm starting to let go of a plenty of things and just live carelessly, like how it was meant to be. No more fussing over the littlest things, but rather just overlooking them and not letting them bother me at all.
We have been frequenting Legion Lake a lot, just because it has a beach and I really miss having the sun.
We also went fishing, at midnight, in the cold. That resulted in no fish at all, and me and Carmen just hanging out in her car, talking about life from before.
Then, we also had our spontaneous sleepovers, after the midnight snack in the kitchen, and a good game of Apples to Apples, followed by setting our minds deep down in the gutter with the game by Cole called Sex, Drugs and Rock n Roll.
Also, no off day would be complete without some good old hiking cum camping trip out in the Black Hills. We hiked for about a mile and a half at the French Creek, which is about 4 miles away from the dorms down the Wildlife Loop Road. (note: a mile is probably about 2.5km) It was a sweet hike, crossing streams and finally climbing up to the top of a hill where we set our camp.

It's been a good week out here out here in Custer. I just deposited all my paychecks, and I must say, my bank account is looking rather fat and healthy right now.
The only downside is that my shift starts at 10 and ends at 6.30 now. I can almost not get anything done these days because it's such an awkward time. I do however get to sleep in a little bit more, and that part, I don't complain about at all
I'm tired, and I'm going to see if Corey is up for a movie right now. Until the next.
