I finally succumbed to rest at precisely 6.30 this morning.

Finding Neverland & Revolutionary Road kept me up all night. The latter was just such an intense film. I really didn't expect it to turn out that way. It was moving, to a certain extent because I could relate, in a way. Basically, the whole movie just projected the theme of idealism vs realism. Where and when do you draw the line between those two? When do you finally grow up?

Which ironically links to the first movie that mainly revolved about not growing up. About dreaming and fantasizing. Child play, as they say. A small bit of mockery to the adult world, I suppose.

The rest of the day was spent running errands with my mom and somewhere along the way, I got to do some shopping for myself as well :)

Karyn asked me out at night together with Jon and CJ. Spent the about 2 and a half hours at our infamous Tanjung. It was a really fun and simple hang out session. Occassionally, we would be engrossed in watching WWE on the tv and others were just filled with "stories" haha.

Something really traumatizing happened on the way back though. I will always be reminded of the entire incident. The sound still resonates and the image forms so clearly in my mind up to now. I can't believe I was witness to all of it. I feel so bad! Either way, rest in peace Carlsberg :(

Tonight, I'm attempting Midnight Sun. Let's see how far I go.
