I have so many overdue pictures. This will be one tiresome post.

But first thing's first,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KARYN!
This is a little overdue, but I was the first to wish you right right! :)

Here's to 10 years of friendship!
Time flies, doesn't it?
More years to come definitely. I love you, woman!

On Friday, the 12th floor was filled with the buzz for Valentines. The hallway was filled with stalls from the different clubs we had, all with one sole intention: to make money out of this ridiculous occasion.

Worry not, I am not here to lash out my resentment towards this love filled occasion. Despite me never liking it, it makes for good conversation however :)

Flipside, ADP's own magazine sold our Valentines issue on that day. Along with 250 pink cotton candies. I saw so much sugar, I got high from just looking haha

Michelle, Cheryl and I bought cotton candies for each other. People did eventually latch on to the hype of giving each other cotton candy, if not stuffing themselves with it. It was pretty anyway.

Had messages scribbled across them (:

The rest of the day was spent desperately trying to get rid of the remaining cotton candies and magazines. So we decided to go on over to the main campus and the business school to sell it to other students.

Cotton candy sales people.
We managed to get rid of all of it.
*proud.

Needless to say, it was totally exhausting repeating the words "Happy Valentines Day!" over and over again. I had a deep urgency to brush my teeth after that.

Later on at night, we had our routine mamak session but with a twist because that night we were gonna usher in Karyn's 19th birthday, at Tanjung! haha.

Presents from the KK boys.

The people from the night were,

Karyn and I,
Adelina, in case you don't know my name.

Jojo and Nick

Kok Seng

Raymond

Johan and Tommy

Night was filled with a lot of smoke. Shisha-ed til our throats were dry but it's always fun. I brought my book along with me because I had the silly Comm test on the next day. Valentines day, mind you! *grumbles.

The things I do for Karyn.

Talk talk talk about so many things. And lame jokes! Gosh, our mamak session would never be complete without lame jokes and stories.

Left for home at around 2.30. That was the first time I went out so late without getting 20 calls from my parents. I want more nights like this!

Valentines Day was spent in classrooms and walking around aimlessly in Pyramid. What joy, right? Though the student auctions were fun. People were buying other people for over 100bucks! That's pretty insane.

I had lunch with the college girls, then met up with Karyn, Jing and Wilson at Manhattan for her lunch haha. Didn't know what to do in the middle of the day. We're not used to early outings like when we were 12 -.- Most of the activities we usually do are at night. So yeah.

I think it's funny how we cry and plead and beg so hard for something only to feel nothing upon receiving it. I was hoping it would amount to something bigger, but it didn't. Am I just setting myself up for another disappointment?

Just when I thought I've gotten rid of you entirely, you find the most charming way to come back into my life. Am I really jinxed? Do I hold no luck whatsoever in this lifetime? Not that I believe in multiple lifetimes but you get my point. Now I'm desperately seeking answers-- clarification.

Truth. I can handle it.

Happy Valentines Day.
