Last night could possibly be one of the best nights of my break. Went to my first CU basketball game with Brian and it's exciting how every game has their own chants and rituals that we do as fans!
Obviously, we trashed New Mexico by 20 points and I got to high five number 55! He was 6' 7 of pure hotness on that court. The person I was with didn't quite agree with me though. But of course, I couldn't get mad at him at all because he said yes to watching Harry Potter with me despite it being his third time! Aw thank you :')
CU Cheerleaders ow ow!
We had decent seats because we got there fairly on time. Got to try some cinnamon/sugar coated donuts courtesy of Brian. They were really expensive though, like 5 bucks for a tiny bag of them. But since the both of us hadn't eaten the entire day, it was either spending 5 bucks or risk fainting. I guess we picked the former.
Most of the time, I feel like I'm with a special ed kid.
Or a Mr. Scruffy.
Grrr boy
♥
The movie wasn't gonna start til 10:20 so we decided to grab a bite before heading to the theaters. It starts out with me asking him what he wants to eat. He says, anything cheap. Fine by me, I'm always down for cheap. So he throws the ball back at me, asking me to make a decision and I can never ever make a decision if my life depended on it when it comes to picking a place to eat. But because he's a gentleman, or so he claims, he gives me two options and finally I vote that we go to Noodles & Company.
We turn round the corner towards the restaurant but end up in a fancy expensive Indian restaurant eating curry and briyani rice.
Our complimentary appetizer.
Origins and substance is unknown but we ate it anyway.
Dinnneeerrrr!
Coconut chicken curry and lamb kurma.
Mmm nom nom om!
The movie theater was empty obviously. I'm about 2 and a half months late from watching the movie and it was a Wednesday night. But we got the best seats in the house, all the way to the back and basically the entire row.
The movie was tres extraordinaire! But it took forever. It was almost exactly like the book which was amazing. Certain parts were scary, believe it or not and I had to use Brian as my shield. I know, wimp. But it was a good movie overall and part 2 will be so intense!
Left at 1am. Rented another movie and stayed up til 4 watching it in my apartment.

Who am I kidding? This wasn't what I signed up for the night we stroked a compromise and kissed to Three Doors Down. This isn't what I want. This is what you want.
I need someone to need me. I need that level of security and the same amount of passion. It's all very sweet. Everything's been really nice and sweet but something's amiss and deep down, I know it. I feel it.
Who am I kidding? Only myself.

We don't say "dating", we say "talking". Instead of saying "we're in a relationship", we say "we're a thing". We forgot "making love" and learned to say "fucking". It's no wonder our generation doesn't know the meaning of commitment.
